Jillian Noel Shennessy born 25th November, 1968 in Canada is a Canadian actor and singer who has been acknowledged for her contributions in American television. The actress has made famous due to her portrayals in the roles of Claire Kincaid in Law & Order as well as Crossing Jordan. Hennessy was also able to showcase her talents in films like RoboCop 3 Most Wanted, Chutney Popcorn, and The Acting Class. She also wrote and directed these films.
